1. Copyright Ownership: Mallory Jane Photography (MJP) retains full copyright ownership of all images produced during the photography session, in accordance with the US Copyright Act, Title 17, US Code.

2. License to Use: When you work with MJP, you are purchasing a license to use the images for advertising and marketing purposes of the specific property that was photographed during the current sale listing. This license is valid only for the duration of the listing period for that property.

3. Scope of Usage: The images provided to you can be used solely for the promotion and marketing of the property that was photographed during the current sale listing. Usage is not permitted for marketing other properties or for purposes unrelated to the property's sale.

4. No Third-Party Sharing: You are not authorized to share the images with third parties, including but not limited to stagers, homeowners, builders, other agents, or any print or online publications, without obtaining prior consent from MJP.

5. Attribution Requirement: In instances where the images are used as cover shots for magazines or marketing publications, it is necessary to include proper credit to Mallory Jane Photography as the photographer.

6. Copyright Management Information: You are not permitted to remove or alter any copyright management information (e.g., authorship designation and copyright notice) provided by MJP. This information must be retained and displayed with the images as originally provided.

7. Assignment and Sub-Licensing: Permissions granted under this license agreement cannot be assigned or sub-licensed to any other party without the explicit permission of MJP.

8. Payment and Validity: The permissions granted in this license are conditional upon full payment for the services provided by MJP. Failure to make full payment will render these permissions void.
